This is a massive order made katana by a well respected swordsmith of Hizen Province. See the attached article from Hizento Handbook by Eguchi Soshin, translated by Gordon Robson. It would appear though the birth date is incorrect in the article.
The sword has a great hamon with lots of activity, it also has areas of muneyaki.
