Mei: Mumei with NBTHK Hozon Certificate

Condition: This is an excellent wakizashi.It has been fully polished in sashikomi style in Japan. The nagamaki style blade has a massive okissaki, naginata hi, wonderful nicely forged hada. Hamon is full of hataraki.
The quality Koshirae features mino fuchi kashira and tsuba showing mantis, bamboo, dragonfly, butterfly and flowers set in a fine nanako background made from shakudo and gold. The menuki are mantis/kamakiri. The Tsukaito is maroon silk with a red same. The saya is maroon and black is a swirl design. The habaki is made of silver.
